The conference will be headquartered at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara.
Concorde will take care of booking hotel rooms for all attendees. If you plan to arrive before September 21st or depart after September 24th, please indicate your preferred dates on the registration form.
Concorde will cover the cost of one room for each Representative and their guest. Sponsors are responsible for the cost of their own accommodations. The rooms rates are $494 per night including mandatory fees.
Transportation will be provided between Santa Barbara Airport and the hotel during designated arrival and departure windows. Additional transportation details, including shuttle schedules, will be shared closer to the event.
The overall dress code for the conference is Coastal Resort Casual - Comfortable, polished attire inspired by the relaxed elegance of the California coast. Think sundresses, linen shirts, polos, lightweight blouses, chinos, tailored shorts, casual slacks, and comfortable shoes. Light layers are recommended for cooler mornings and evenings. While the atmosphere is relaxed, attire should remain professional and appropriate for a business conference. Most activities, meals, and free time follow this attire. We do have a few themed events with elevated dress suggestions:
Welcome Reception - Hacienda Chic
- Elevated resort wear with warm, earthy tones and relaxed sophistication. Think flowy dresses, linen shirts, tailored pants, and polished resort attire.
Offsite Polo Event - Heritage Charm
- Classic country club style. Think tailored dresses, blazers, chinos, loafers, and timeless, polished looks.
Awards Dinner - Fig & Vine Cocktail Attire
- Cocktail attire inspired by California wine country. Think cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, suits, or sport coats in rich colors and refined fabrics.
If you are unsure what to pack, plan for resort casual during the day, with one outfit for the Polo Event and one cocktail outfit for the Awards Dinner.
All attendees should stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara to fully participate in conference activities and networking opportunities. Rooms will be reserved through our group block.

We recommend dressing in layers, as mornings and evenings can be cool while afternoons are comfortably warm.
