The Leadership Conference will be located at Half Moon Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica

Concorde will take care of booking hotel rooms for all attendees. If you plan to arrive before October 6th or depart after October 10th, please indicate your preferred dates on the registration form.

Concorde will cover the cost of one room for each Representative and their guest. Sponsors are responsible for the cost of their own accommodations. The rooms rates are from $420-$460 per night depending on room assigned plus a 10% resort fee.

Yes, transportation is provided for all scheduled events included in the conference itinerary. This includes:

  • Airport transfers to and from Half Moon Resort

  • Transportation to your selected excursion on October 8th

  • Golf transportation on October 9th (for those who sign up)

  • All offsite dinners and events

In addition, we will be covering the cost of a VIP Customs experience for all attendees, including sponsors, to ensure a smooth and expedited arrival process at the airport.

Dress throughout the conference is resort casual. This includes the Welcome Reception, Dinner at Cinnamon Hill, and the Beach BBQ. Please note that dinners at Cinnamon Hill and the Beach BBQ take place on sand or grass—comfortable, flat shoes are recommended.

The Awards Ceremony & Dinner on October 9th is Tropical Formal attire.

Tropical Formal is elegant, island-inspired evening wear—polished yet breathable.

  • For Women: Flowy maxi or midi dresses in bold prints or bright colors, paired with wedges or dressy sandals.

  • For Men: Lightweight suit or linen blazer with dress pants and a button-down shirt (no tie needed), worn with loafers or dress sandals.

Think: Sophisticated with a relaxed, tropical twist.

Accommodations have been reserved at the 5-star Half Moon Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica—an award-winning luxury property known for its stunning beachfront, world-class amenities, and exceptional service.

Sponsors will be responsible for their own lodging at a rate of $450 per night, plus a 10% resort fee. Additional details regarding booking and confirmation will be provided upon registration.

October is warm and tropical, with daytime highs around 86–88°F and nights in the mid-70s. Expect plenty of sunshine with occasional brief rain showers—October is the wettest month, but rain typically passes quickly. The ocean is warm and perfect for swimming.

What to Pack:
Lightweight clothing, sun protection, a light rain jacket, and insect repellent for evenings.

 

Carrousel Travel will handle flight bookings for our Representatives and their guests. Please be sure to complete the travel section on the registration form—this information will be sent directly to Carrousel to initiate your flight arrangements. Carrousel will email your itinerary to you directly for approval prior to booking.

Carrousel Travel is also available to assist with Sponsor travel. Sponsors who wish to utilize this service must complete the travel section on the registration form. Please note, Sponsors will be responsible for coordinating and paying Carrousel directly for their flights.

If Sponsors choose to book their own flights, please email your itinerary to events@concordeis.com so we can coordinate airport transfers and the VIP Customs process.

As with any international travel, we recommend taking standard precautions: keep valuables secure, travel with your group, and follow guidance from event staff.

  • Daily breakfast as part of the resort meal plan

  • All scheduled events and dinners listed on the official itinerary

  • Transportation to and from the airport, offsite events, and excursions

  • VIP Customs experience upon arrival in Jamaica

Sponsors will be responsible for covering their hotel accommodations and airfare, as outlined during registration.
