October 6 – Arrival & Welcome Reception

• Arrival and check-in at Half Moon Resort

• Evening Welcome Reception at Copperwood 
  Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in a beautiful offsite setting.
  Attire: Resort Casual

October 7 – Business & Island Vibes

• Breakfast (included in meal plan)

• Optional activities: Yoga and/or Pickleball (sign-up required)

• Business Lunch and Leadership Meeting

  • Spouse Event available during meeting hours

• Dinner at Cinnamon Hill
   Special guest performances
  Attire: Cash in the Caribbean (Tropical with a Nashville twist)

October 8 – Adventure & Beachside BBQ

• Breakfast (included in meal plan)

• Select from three excursions:

  • Mystic Mountain adventure ( 8:00 AM-5:30PM)

  • Rafting on the Martha Brae (9:30 AM-1:00 PM)

  • Catamaran & Snorkeling Tour (9:00AM-2:45PM)

• Return for a relaxed Beachside BBQ
  Attire: Beach Casual

October 9 – Leisure & Awards Celebration

• Breakfast (included in meal plan)

• Choose your day:

  • Golf (sign-up required)

  • Spa (book directly with the resort)

  • Shopping 

  • Relaxing at the Resort

• Awards Dinner at Rose Hall Plantation
  Celebrate excellence with a special evening of entertainment and recognition

October 10 – Departure Day

• Travel home at your leisure
