Where is the Concorde Leadership Conference taking place?
The conference will be held at The Four Seasons Resort and Residences, located at 4591 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC V8E 0Y4, Canada. 

When is the conference scheduled?
The Concorde Leadership Conference is scheduled to take place from September 21 to September 24, 2023. Please note that there is a special dinner on September 20, 2023, for the Top 10 Representatives and Diamond Sponsors by invitation only.

What is the schedule for the conference?
The conference schedule is as follows:

   -  Wednesday, September 20th: Top 10 Dinner at Bearfoot Bistro (6-9pm)
   -  Thursday, September 21st: Welcome Reception at Wild Blue Aava Hotel (6-10pm)
   -  Friday, September 22nd: 
        - Breakfast at Harmony Ballroom (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
        - Business Meeting at Harmony Ballroom (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
        - Excursions (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
        - Reception at The Raven Room (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
        - On Own (9:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
   -  Saturday, September 23rd:
        - Breakfast at Sidecut | Four Seasons Resort (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
        - Excursions (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
        - Lunch at Local Restaurant (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
        - Award Ceremony at Harmony Ballroom (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
   -  Sunday, September 24th: Travel Day


What accommodations are provided for representatives and sponsors?
For all representatives who qualify, Concorde will provide flight and hotel accommodations, including the resort amenities, for the representative and one (1) guest for the nights of September 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. For the Top Ten Representatives, Concorde will also provide hotel accommodations for the night of September 20th, 2023. Sponsors are responsible for their own hotel and travel expenses and are limited to: 
1 guest room/attendee per firm for Gold, Silver and Alt Sponsors
2 guest rooms/attendees per firm for Diamond and Platinum


What transportation is provided?
Transportation to the resort and back to the airport will be provided for any representative arrivals on September 20th and 21st and for any representative departures on September 24th. ALL sponsor arrivals and departures and any representative arrivals outside of the above dates can be made with our travel partners upon registration at the attendee’s expense. How can I make additional hotel arrangements?
If the representative would like to include hotel nights prior to or after the conference, please use the hotel link provided or contact info@concordeevents.com to make additional arrangements.

How are airfare and hotel reservations managed?
All details regarding airfare and hotel reservations for representatives will be managed through the Concorde event registration on this website. Sponsors will have their room reservations created via the registration, but will be responsible for the cost. Air travel is the responsibility of the sponsor as well. Any additional travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, upgrades, etc. can be made by contacting info@concordeevents.com.

How can I request additional travel assistance?
This form is ONLY for those guests asking for additional assistance booking their travel at their own expense. If you are a Concorde representative and have completed the event registration, you will be contacted to arrange your travel. If you are a sponsor and would like assistance, please complete the form available here.

How can I reserve my hotel room for the conference?
Please note that Concorde will be responsible for booking your room, however, you will need to provide a credit card at check-in at the hotel for incidentals which are your responsibility. Reservation details for the Concorde Leadership Conference will be shared closer to the event date. Please keep an eye on our website for updates and your inbox. All event emails will come from the info@concordeevents.com inbox. Conference Registration closes on August 31, 2023.

What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for the conference varies by event. The receptions will require business casual attire, excursions will be casual attire, and the Awards Ceremony Dinner & Reception requires formal attire. Please remember to bring your badges for these events.

What spa and fitness services are available?
The spa at the Four Seasons will be undergoing renovations during our visit but we are excited to have “The Spa at the Residences” during this time. The Four Seasons will be transforming some of the Residences into the Spa and services/ treatments will remain the same during this time. If you would like to book or inquire in advance, the events team will be happy to put you in touch with the Spa Director at the Four Seasons.

For all REPRESENTATIVES who qualify, Concorde will provide flight and hotel accommodations, including the resort amenities, for the representative and one (1) guest for the nights of September 21st, 22nd and 23rd.  For the TOP TEN REPRESENTATIVES, Concorde will also provide hotel accommodations for the night of September 20th, 2023.

All details regarding airfare and hotel reservations will be managed through the Concorde event registration on this website. Any additional travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, upgrades, etc. can be made with our travel partners upon registration.

 

For SPONSORS, all sponsors are responsible for their hotel and travel expenses.  Sponsors are limited to 1 guest room/attendee per firm.

 

A hotel room block has been reserved for our group: your registration on this site will confirm a reservation for the nights of September 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. Any other reservations outside of these dates will need to be made using the hotel booking link or by contacting info@concordeevents.com.
