There are three options (3) which do not require registration.
You MUST register your guest (if applicable) individually.
Friday, September 22, 2023 Excursion Options
Superfly Ziplines
Superfly Ziplines combines the exhilarating feeling of flying through the air with the breathtaking beauty of Whistler's backcountry. The excursion includes multiple dual zip-lines connected to each other by a network of trails and boardwalks.
All guests will be weighed upon check in (max weight is 250 lbs).
TAG RZR Tours
Are you ready to have some real fun? Join us on one of our epic RZR tours and take on the wilderness at full throttle! Our guides will take you through Whistler’s beautiful coastal rainforest, stopping at unbeatable viewpoints. There will be multiple guides present and it will be a mix of 2- and 4-seater RZRs.
All guests need to have physical drivers license or learners permit to present at check in.
Wine Tasting
Lining the walls from floor-to-ceiling are more than 15,000 bottles that make the Bearfoot Bistro’s collection the largest in Western Canada. Join us for a a once-in-a-lifetime wine tasting and champagne bottle sabering. We will sample a couple of wines each hour and enjoy small bites and conversation.
Blackcomb Mountain
Gondola Ride
The Blackcomb Gondola was born for the 2018 season. It gives sightseers a cool new experience – ride up Blackcomb Gondola, enjoy lunch at one of the mountaintop restaurants. Enjoy making the most of the mountain views (and in Fall, the bear-viewing opportunities.)

Saturday, September 23, 2023 Excursion Options
Whistler Gondola: Peak-to-Peak
The record-breaking Peak-to-Peak Gondola is a pretty unique experience as ski lifts go! Open to sightseers all year round, it takes the quick route from the top of Whistler to Blackcomb mountains. At over 400m from the valley floor, it spans a huge 4.4km. Don’t forget to bring your camera and a head for heights for this one!

For all REPRESENTATIVES who qualify, Concorde will provide flight and hotel accommodations, including the resort amenities, for the representative and one (1) guest for the nights of September 21st, 22nd and 23rd. For the TOP TEN REPRESENTATIVES, Concorde will also provide hotel accommodations for the night of September 20th, 2023.
Transportation to the resort and back to the airport will be provided for any ARRIVALS on September 20th and 21st and for any DEPARTURES on September 24th. All arrivals and departures outside these dates can be made with our travel partners upon registration at attendee’s expense.
If the representative would like to include hotel nights prior to or after the conference please use the hotel link provided or contact info@concordeevents.com to make additional arrangements.
All details regarding airfare and hotel reservations will be managed through the Concorde event registration on this website. Any additional travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, upgrades, etc. can be made with our travel partners upon registration.
For SPONSORS, all sponsors are responsible for their hotel and travel expenses. Sponsors are limited to 1 guest room/attendee per firm.
