September 21 – Arrival & Welcome Reception

• Arrival and check-in at The Ritz Carlton, Bacara

• Evening Welcome Reception on the O'Bar Terrace
  Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in a beautiful setting.
  Attire: Elevated resort wear with warm, earthy tones and relaxed sophistication. Think flowy dresses, linen shirts, tailored pants, and polished resort attire.

September 22 – Desk to Derby

• Breakfast on the Ballroom Terrace

• Leadership Meeting

  • Spouse Event available during meeting hours

• Dinner & Polo at the Santa Barbara Polo Club
  Attire: Heritage Charm - classic country club style. Think tailored dresses, blazers, chinos, loafers, and timeless, polished looks.

September 23 – Adventure & Awards Celebration

• Breakfast (included credit provided upon check-in)

• Select from two excursions:

  • Double Dolphin Cruise (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

  • City Bike Adventure (10:30 AM - 2:00 PM)

• Return to relax poolside by the cabanas
  Attire: Resort Casual

• Awards Dinner in the Rotunda
  Celebrate excellence with a special evening of entertainment and recognition
  Attire: Cocktail attire inspired by California wine country. Think cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, suits, or sport coats in rich colors and refined fabrics.

September 24 – Travel Day

• Travel home at your leisure
