This is not like your traditional conference. This is an educational practice management workshop where we will be learning about new business practices, networking, and sharing ideas.
Monday, February 23th will be a travel day for most and then we will kick off the event that evening with a welcome reception on Laguna Lawn, the hotel’s beautiful outdoor space. We will be in the Sunset Room for the all-day workshop on Tuesday February 24th through the morning of Wednesday, February 25th, then travel home the afternoon of February 25th (or wherever your travels may take you!).
Concorde will provide hotel accommodations for all Concorde representatives, but the airfare is your responsibility. Both hotel accommodations and airfare are the responsibility of sponsors.
The dress attire will be business casual throughout the workshop.
Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation for the workshop. The Scott resort is located approximately 20 mins from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport(PHX). Uber from PHX to The Scott Resort and Spa will be approximately $25-$40
Hotel reservations will be made by Concorde based on your reservation form. Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare; however, if you need assistance, please email events@concordeis.com.

Expect warm, sunny days and cool nights. Average highs reach the mid-70s °F (around 24 °C), while lows dip into the upper-40s °F (about 8–10 °C). It’s mostly dry with plenty of sunshine—perfect for outdoor activities, but bring a light jacket for mornings and evenings.
