The dress code for the conference will be business casual, except for our "Havana Nights" themed Dinner Party on April 23rd, where we encourage you to embrace your best Havana-inspired attire. For this special evening, think bold colors, tropical prints, and a laid-back yet stylish look. Men might choose lightweight button-down shirts with playful prints, paired with linen trousers or khakis, while women can go for flowy dresses or skirts in bright hues and floral patterns. Be sure to add fun accessories like floppy hats, tropical jewelry, or sunglasses to complete your look!

You have two hotel options to choose from: The Scott Resort and Spa, priced at $285 per night plus a $20 resort fee, or the Embassy Suites, located right next door to The Scott, at $209 per night plus a $15 resort fee. Simply select your preferred hotel during registration, subject to availability.

Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation for the conference.  The Scott Resort is located approximately 20 mins from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX).  Uber from PHX to The Scott Resort will be approximately $30-$40

Hotel reservations will be made by Concorde based on your registration form but payment will be the responsibility of reps and sponsors. Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare; however, if you need assistance, please email events@concordeis.com.

If you'd like to check in before the 22nd or after the 25th, please include this request on your booking form. The hotels will honor our group rate 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference as long as they have rooms available
