The dress code for the conference will be business casual, except for our “Yacht Rock”–themed Dinner Party on May 13, where we encourage you to embrace a relaxed, coastal-inspired style. For this special evening, think crisp whites, nautical tones, soft pastels, and effortless sophistication. Men might choose lightweight button-downs or polos paired with linen trousers or khakis, while women can opt for flowy dresses, skirts, or resort-style separates. Finish the look with fun yet polished accessories such as sunglasses, scarves, loafers, or boat shoes.

You will be staying at San Diego Mission Bay Resort, with a preferred conference rate of $229 per night, plus $20 per additional guest in the room. Simply select the resort during registration, subject to availability. Additional booking details will be provided at the time of reservation.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport to the conference. The drive to San Diego Mission Bay Resort is approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are readily available, with estimated fares typically ranging from $15–$25 one way.

Average May temperatures in San Diego range from the high 60s to low 70s during the day, with evenings in the upper 50s to low 60s. Light layers are recommended, especially near the water.

Hotel reservations will be made by Concorde based on your registration form but payment will be the responsibility of reps and sponsors. Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare; however, if you need assistance, please email events@concordeis.com.

If you'd like to check in before the 12th or after the 15th, please include this request on your booking form. The hotels will honor our group rate 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference as long as they have rooms available
