Rollins is a veteran executive with leadership experience across large financial institutions, family-owned enterprises, and multiple founder-led ventures. He spent more than a decade at Rollins Truck Leasing Corp., then the nation’s third-largest truck leasing company, and later served as Senior Vice President at MBNA America Bank, where his team developed national co-branded credit-card partnerships with brokerage firms including Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch, William Blair, AG Edwards, and Thrivent Financial. Mr. Rollins has also founded and scaled successful companies in the transportation, healthcare, and fleet services industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and attended Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
