Linda M. Molenda is a veteran investment due diligence and institutional research leader with more than 35 years of experience specializing in asset manager selection, investment policy and asset allocation, and the oversight of large defined-benefit and defined-contribution retirement plans.



Most recently, Linda served as Director of Investment Due Diligence at OneDigital Investment Advisors, where she developed and led the firm’s institutional due diligence program and investment manager research platform supporting approximately $150 billion in assets under management across 177 advisors and more than 6,300 retirement plans. She created a proprietary Select List, developed compliance-approved educational materials including a target-date fund suitability and monitoring framework, built strategic research relationships with more than 50 asset managers, trained analysts and served as a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to OneDigital, Linda spent more than three decades as Managing Director at Harbor Capital Advisors, where she focused on identifying best-in-class investment strategies, evaluating sources of excess return, managing target-date and pension portfolios and presenting investment performance and risk outcomes to boards and institutional clients.



Linda currently serves on the Investment Committee of the University of Toledo Foundation, overseeing approximately $750 million in assets. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Toledo and maintains FINRA Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 licenses, along with CPA and CMA designations.
