As the managing director, marketing, Sydney oversees the marketing initiatives for Concorde, including unifying firmwide messaging, executing strategic corporate initiatives, coordinating press opportunities and leading brand development across the organization.
When Sydney joined the firm in 2025, she has brought more than seven years of financial services marketing experience to Concorde. During her tenure, Sydney has successfully led the firm’s rebrand, redefined internal and external communication procedures and conceptualized and launched a new marketing partnership initiative designed to strengthen industry relationships and elevate brand visibility.
Prior to Concorde, Sydney served as vice president of marketing and compliance for Capital Square, one of the nation’s leading sponsors of tax-advantaged real estate investments. In that role, she organized and executed the successful marketing for more than $7.5 billion in transaction volume, oversaw the marketing of four new business lines and led the Capital Square’s corporate rebrand in 2019.
Sydney earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Virginia Tech and is an active member of ADISA, the nation’s largest trade association serving the alternative investments industry. She currently serves as Chair of the ADISA Marketing & Communications Committee, a member of the Conference Planning Committee and is the 2026 Co-Chair of the ADISA Annual Conference.
