His firm has trained thousands of advisors and financial professionals across Fortune 500 companies, major custodians, broker-dealers, asset managers, and global investment banks. Optimal AdvisorAI helps teams simplify AI and adopt it effectively, delivering training built by financial professionals for financial professionals.
With over 3,000 hours and 10,000+ prompts tested in real-world financial use cases, Craig has learned how to get better answers from AI: answers that are clear, useful, and relevant to how financial professionals work.

Craig brings over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Optimal AdvisorAI, Craig co-founded two alternative mutual fund companies and served as a consultant to asset management firms and investment advisors, emphasizing innovation in the sector. In addition, he contributes as an advisory board member to the U.C. Berkeley Extension Personal Financial Planning program, influencing the development of future financial advisors.

His interests also include blockchain technology and asset tokenization, for which he has earned certifications. A University of California, Berkeley alum, Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
